So…has everyone heard of Birchbox yet? I first learned about them in January of this year. This is by far my favorite product/find of 2011. Based on an initial survey that you take about your hair/skin type coloring, preferences, etc. you receive on a monthly basis 4-5 high-end beauty samples. It is essentially a mini present in the mail to yourself every month. I love, love, love trying out new products, and Birchbox is the perfect way to try them without spending a ton at Sephora/Ulta on products that I don’t like or don’t work with my skin.

There are quite a few other competitors out there now that offer a similar subscription service, but from my experience with Birchbox, I would recommend skipping them and just going with Birchbox! (Unless you are outside the US, in which case I would refer you to Fleur de Force’s review of Carmine.)

This month, my Birchbox was exceptionally wonderful! I received the following products in my Birchbox:

• LaROCCA Champagne and Shimmer Acai Sugar Polish
• Zoya Nail Polish in Noel
• Klorane Soothing Eye Makeup Remover with Cornflower Water
• Oscar Blandi Jasmine Protein Mist
• Chuao Chocolate Bar: Firecracker

I haven’t had a chance to try any of these new wonderful samples yet, but once I do, I’ll post reviews of the products.
